Our goal is to create positive change on school campuses through the Coffee Bean message. We accomplish this goal by supporting schools in starting Coffee Bean Clubs or by helping embed the Coffee Bean message into the school culture through already established clubs and organizations on campus.

We passionately believe that the future belongs to the bright, creative, and enthusiastic students in our schools. We want to be instrumental in creating a positive environment that allows those students to flourish on their educational journey.

We want to provide the framework and resources that support teachers in being a role model and catalyst to inspire students to be the positive change on their respective school campuses through The Coffee Bean Club.

We provide Coffee Bean Club Kits that contain all the resources, supplies, and suggestions needed in order to develop a community that fosters and sustains a positive culture and climate on school campuses.

Jon Gordon

Damon West
Damon West is a motivational speaker and best-selling co-author with Jon Gordon of The Coffee Bean: A Simple Lesson to Create Positive Change. His first book and autobiography, The Change Agent: How a Former College QB Sentenced to Life in Prison Transformed His World, was published just three years after his release from a Texas maximum-security prison. Today, Damon lives a life of recovery and service, going to meetings and sharing his story all over the country with schools, church’s, athletic teams, corporations, conferences and inside correctional facilities. Damon is the co-author of The Coffee Bean for Kids.
Lisa Spain
Lisa is a life-long educator with over 30 years of experience in schools. Lisa has worked with over 1200 school across North America supporting leadership teams in building positive cultures and climates while maintaining a strong focus on learning and innovation. She believes that all leaders can be stretched and wants to work with individuals as they move from an “if” to “when” mentality.
Rex Spain
Educator, Business Leader, Coach / steadfast believer in positive outcomes for others. Purpose-driven, intent on enlarging the lives of others through service. Known for developing an implementing concept, best practices and infrastructure that narrows the focus on strategic gaps in order to expand the pursuit of passions and priorities that lead to positive and sustained growth.
Lindsey Vaughn
Lindsey has a masters in social work and is a certified case manager. Her background ranges from adoption and foster care to managed care. Lindsey brings expertise when it comes to working with kids from hard places. Lindsey has worked with individuals to improve their health, and better their lives so they can live their fullest potential.
